We ship throughout Europe. Below you will find information about our shipping conditions and delivery times.

Preparation and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country, unless a different period is stated before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and are shown during checkout, before you confirm and pay for your order.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the package's tracking number.

Delays and issues

Delays may occur during periods of high demand. If transport issues, customs procedures or force majeure circumstances affect the delivery, we will inform you and handle the issue.

These circumstances do not remove the rights granted to you by applicable law in the event of delay or non-delivery.

If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us stating your order number.

Liability during transport

When LUMIBRI arranges the transport, we bear the risk of loss or damage until you, or a person you have designated other than the carrier, physically receive the products.

If you arrange your own carrier not proposed by LUMIBRI, the specific legal rules on the transfer of risk will apply.
