RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

To start a return, contact us at info@lumibri.store and provide your order number. We will send you instructions on how and where to return the item.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you return an item because you have changed your mind or no longer wish to keep it, you are responsible for the direct cost of sending it back to us.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order, contact us at info@lumibri.store. In these cases, LUMIBRI will arrange an appropriate solution, and you will not have to bear the corresponding return shipping costs.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Please take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

You may inspect a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If you handle it beyond what is necessary for that purpose and its value decreases as a result, you may be responsible for that decrease in value.

Where possible, return products with their original packaging, labels, and accessories.

DAMAGE AND ORDER ISSUES

Check your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if any item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Email us at info@lumibri.store with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

EXCEPTIONS AND ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal might not apply to certain products in the circumstances provided for by applicable law, including:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Discounted or sale items are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, measurement, color, or product, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, the quickest option might be to return the original item and place a separate new order.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided for by applicable law.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@lumibri.store and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

REFUNDS

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option.

If you chose a delivery option that costs more than the standard option, the difference in price will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided proof that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

We will notify you when we have received and processed your return. Please note that your bank or card issuer might need additional time to process the refund.
